At Travelsofly, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to provide a transparent and fair experience when it comes to cancellations and refunds. We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly, and our goal is to help you navigate those changes with clarity and ease.

📌 General Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking are typically eligible for a full refund, provided the flight was booked more than 7 days prior to departure and the airline allows it.
  • Cancellations after 24 hours are subject to the fare rules of the specific airline and may incur penalties or be non-refundable.
  • All cancellations must be initiated over a phone call to ensure identity verification and real-time processing. We do not process cancellation requests via email or chat.
  • Refund eligibility depends entirely on the airline’s policies. Most economy-class or discounted tickets are non-refundable once the 24-hour window has passed.
  • In the case of a “no-show” (i.e., the passenger misses the flight without informing the airline), refunds are typically not permitted by the carrier.

💸 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only processed once the cancellation has been confirmed and approved by the airline.
  • Travelsofly does not guarantee a refund after cancellation—refunds are at the sole discretion of the airline based on their fare rules.
  • If a booking is canceled within 24 hours, and qualifies for a refund, we will initiate the refund to the original form of payment only. We cannot redirect refunds to alternative accounts or payment methods.
  • It usually takes 10–15 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account. In rare cases, depending on your bank and payment processor, it may take up to 60–90 days.
  • Travelsofly service fees are non-refundable, except in cases where cancellation occurs within the 24-hour grace period and the airline allows a full refund.
